3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for content creation
- Respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner
- Review delivered content within the agreed timeframe
- Make payment according to the agreed terms
- Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered content are transferred to the client. TechGhostWriter retains the right to use anonymized examples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions and Modifications
We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project brief. Significant changes to the project scope may require additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and proprietary content. We will not disclose client relationships or project details without explicit written permission.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- 50% deposit required before work begins for new clients
- Final payment due upon delivery of completed work
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
8. Limitation of Liability
TechGhostWriter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy and the specific project agreement.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
